With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University and over twenty years of healthcare experience, Michelle has specialized in hospice, palliative care, and skilled nursing. Zac’s passion for senior care is rooted in his upbringing on his family farm, where his grandparents instilled in him the values of hard work, integrity, and service. Later, while helping care for his grandfather during hospice, he gained a deeper understanding into the difference that quality care and genuine support can make for families. Growing up in a Navy home, Matt developed a deep respect for service and a passion for helping others. After earning his degree in psychology, he built a career supporting vulnerable populations, including at-risk youth and adults with developmental disabilities. His time in public health and regulatory work with the State of Colorado deepened his understanding of healthcare systems and inspired him to pursue a master’s in health services administration, strengthening his commitment to patient-centered care.
As a health services director, Matt partnered with community members and medical professionals to ensure quality care for residents in assisted living and memory care. Later, as a retirement counselor, he helped families navigate the transition to senior living. Today, he finds fulfillment in using his background and experience to support seniors and their loved ones as a senior placement specialist.
