Her commitment to exceptional care grew out of her own experience tending to her grandparents, and recognizing the need for more dignified and tailored senior care options.

With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University and over twenty years of healthcare experience, Michelle has specialized in hospice, palliative care, and skilled nursing. Uniquely equipped to understand the medical, emotional, and logistical needs of families, she provides the technical expertise required to accurately assess and advocate for personalized solutions.

Beginning his professional career as a firefighter and EMT in Tucson, Zac developed a strong sense of service, teamwork, and compassion for others. Drawing on his background in public service, he brings a grounded, steady approach to his work and care to each family he serves.

Zac’s passion for senior care is rooted in his upbringing on his family farm, where his grandparents instilled in him the values of hard work, integrity, and service. Later, while helping care for his grandfather during hospice, he gained a deeper understanding into the difference that quality care and genuine support can make for families. Inspired by these lessons, Zac found his calling in senior placement and referral services, where he combines his healthcare background and relationship-building skills to connect families with trusted care options that best fit their needs.

Growing up in a Navy home, Matt developed a deep respect for service and a passion for helping others. After earning his degree in psychology, he built a career supporting vulnerable populations, including at-risk youth and adults with developmental disabilities. His time in public health and regulatory work with the State of Colorado deepened his understanding of healthcare systems and inspired him to pursue a master’s in health services administration, strengthening his commitment to patient-centered care.

As a health services director, Matt partnered with community members and medical professionals to ensure quality care for residents in assisted living and memory care. Later, as a retirement counselor, he helped families navigate the transition to senior living. Today, he finds fulfillment in using his background and experience to support seniors and their loved ones as a senior placement specialist.
