With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University and over twenty years of healthcare experience, Michelle has specialized in hospice, palliative care, and skilled nursing. Uniquely equipped to understand the medical, emotional, and logistical needs of families, she provides the technical expertise required to accurately assess and advocate for personalized solutions.

After completing his undergraduate studies in Psychology, Matt dedicated himself to serving vulnerable populations, working as an advocate for at-risk youth and adults with developmental disabilities.
He later developed an interest in population health and public policy, working for the State of Colorado in the field of healthcare regulatory compliance, where he learned the intricacies of the healthcare systems. Gaining an appreciation for exceptional patient-centered care, Matt pursued a masters degree in health services administration.
As a director of health services, he partnered with community members and medical professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for residents of assisted living and memory care facilities. As a retirement counselor, he guided prospective residents and their families through the important decision of transitioning into a retirement community. Matt finds true fulfillment in applying his background, education and experience to assist seniors and their loved ones in his role as a senior placement specialist.
