This is outlined in a Referral Fee Disclosure document that is signed with each consultation as directed by the Arizona Department of Health Services (AZDHS).

Under AZDHS guidelines, all Senior Referral Specialists are required to disclose if they have any vested interest in a facility or assisted living home they work with.

While we are not financial advisors, we offer guidance on funding options for senior care, including private pay, long-term care insurance, VA benefits, Medicaid (ALTCS in Arizona), and other resources. Yes! You can continue to see your doctors as you wish.

If getting out of the house becomes difficult, each facility can coordinate with mobile physicians for in-home care. There are several services available across Maricopa County, and our Care Team can offer referrals as needed.
