No. Gentle Hearts Living Solutions does not hold any stock or ownership in any assisted living home or facility. This is outlined in our Referral Fee Disclosure document.
Under AZDHS guidelines, all Senior Referral Specialists are required to disclose if they have any vested interest in a facility or assisted living home they work with.

Yes! You can continue to see your doctors as you wish.
If getting out of the house becomes difficult, each facility can coordinate with mobile physicians for in-home care. There are several services available across Maricopa County, and our Care Team can offer referrals as needed.
